dread: Anticipate with great apprehension or fear

bough: A main branch of a tree.

pious: Devoutly religious

communion: The sharing or exchanging of intimate thoughts and feelings.

auditor: A person who conducts an audit

multitude: A large number

eloquence: Fluent or persuasive speaking or writing.

despair : the complete loss or absence of hope.

hoary: gray or white with age; ancient or venerable
